Asutosh Bhattacharjee (Invited)

Asutosh Bhattacharjee (b.1964) lives in Kolkata. After completing Diploma in Visual Art from RBU in 1988, Art appreciation course from Calcutta Information Centre. In 1997 he participated major group shows, annual shows of BAAC, AFA, Nijanta, Nehru Centre, group shows in Bangalore, Charu-o-Karu Mela by AFA, gallery Karma, Charukala Utsav by Govt. WB, Panart etc. At present he is engaged as a visual consultant in industry and actively performs a skillful co-ordination between art and industry. He is passionate to study and discuss on art and art writings along with huge collection of art books. His works are collected by Avijit Majumdar and various collectors of Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi. He is founder member of Nijanta.

Bilendra Nath Mondal (b.1965) lives in Kolkata. After completing Diploma in Visual Arts from RBU in 1986 and Teacher’s Training Certificate (Art Appreciation) from CU in 1988 he started to exhibit his works in different galleries, solo, annual shows, group shows of Indian Art College, BAAC, Rashtriya Lalit Kala Academy, Dept. of I&C, State Academy, AIEFA, Print Biennial by LKA, 8th Akhil Bharatiya Kala Pradarshani, IFACS, National Exhibition by LKA, Trivent Gallery, Jehangir Art Gallery, EZCC, Bahrain Arts Society-Namana, Panart, Charukala Utsav etc. He participated in painting camp by Max Muller Bhawan, Bahrain Arts Society-Bahrain, Jagriti Art Initiative, EZCC and awarded by AIFACS in 1997. His works are collected by NGMA, LKA, private collectors in Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, UK, USA, and Germany.  At present he is a faculty member of Swar-Sangam, Birla Institute for Visual & Performing Art. Deep Saha (Pradipta Saha, b.1974) lives in Kolkata. After the completion of BVA from Govt. College of Arts & Craft, Kolkata, in 1998 he started his life as art teacher in Air Force School, New Delhi, in 1999. He participated in various shows in Jehangir, AIFACS, galleries in Mumbai, New Delhi & Kolkata, Oriental Art Society, N.Y.C.A., Urashwati Art Gallery, AFA, AIFACS, Birth Anniversary of Rabindranath Thakur at Town Hall, art show by Sudrak at AFA, Charukala Utsav, Govt. of WB. Manjushree Ghosh (b.1974) lives in Kolkata. Parag Roy (b.1965) lives in Kolkata. As a well known talented Print Maker Parag completed his BFA program from Kala-Bhavan, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan in1989, MFA from same university in 1991,’Qualified NET’ from UGC in 1991. At present he is Professor of Dept. of Graphics-printmaking, Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata. He was recipient of AIFACS Regional Award from AIFACS; New Delhi, Junior Fellowship from Ministry of Human Resource, Govt. of India, Academy Award from Academy of Fine Arts; Kolkata, Lalit Kala Research Grant from Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi. He exhibited in solo exhibition and special display: Urban metaphors; Triveni Kala Sangam; New Delhi, Artwalk, Leela Kempnisky; Gurgaon, Prikrama; Society of Oriental Art.
